Product Sales Terms

These sales terms apply to all orders for products sold through the Heart N Soul Farm online store, including freeze-dried pet treats, goat milk skincare, and gift sets. They work alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Goat sales have their own terms on the Goat Sales Terms page.

Products

Our products are handmade and made in small batches on our farm in Monroe, Washington. Colors, scents, shapes, and weights may vary slightly from photos and from batch to batch. Each product page lists its ingredients and net weight.

Shipping and delivery

  • Freeze-dried pet treats ship within Washington only.

  • Skincare, body scrubs, and gift sets ship within the United States.

  • Frozen and refrigerated products are available for local drop-off only. They cannot be shipped.

  • Shipping is $6.95 per order, and free on orders over $45.

  • In-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3 days.

  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.

Local drop-off

Local drop-off is at the Coastal Farm & Ranch parking lot, 19881 US-2, Monroe, WA. Orders are ready within two to four days. We don't offer pickup at the farm.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is complete. If an item is out of stock or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel that item and refund the payment.

Returns and issues

Returns are limited because our products are handmade and some are for pets or skin. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the order, and we will work with you to make it right.

Pet treats

Our freeze-dried pet treats are for dogs and cats. Feed them as treats, not as a meal. Check with your veterinarian before adding new treats to your pet's diet, especially if your pet has health concerns or dietary restrictions.

Skincare

Our skincare is made with goat milk and other ingredients listed on each product page. Check the ingredient list before you buy, and try a small patch test before using a new product widely. If irritation develops, stop using the product.

Changes to these sales terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
